DJIT RECRUITMENT PROCESS
DJIT Recruitment Process
  1. Students enroll DJIT course
  2. Students learn programing language
  3. Students develop his own products
  4. Engineers submit resume to DJIT
  5. Engineers submit source code of own products to DJIT
  6. DJIT checks the source code and make the score
  7. For higher score engineers, DJIT checks the resume, and request to improve it (or DJIT will improve it)
  8. DJIT submits resume to selected foreign recruiters
  9. When recruiter shows interest, DJIT makes CA with the recruiter, and submits source code
  10. If the recruiter satisfied with the source code quality, we set skype interview with candidate and the recruiter
  11. DJIT conducts interview training for Bangladesh engineer
  12. At the day of interview with recruiter, candidate come to DJIT and participate in the interview
  13. After the interview, DJIT continue to contact the recruiter for the hiring
  14. DJIT makes agreement with candidate
  15. DJIT helps making agreement with the recruiter, mainly for terms and condition
  16. After concluding terms and condition, DJIT helps the visa and flight to fly to the country
  17. DJIT keep helping the work and living in the country
